Refund & Cancellation offers a 7 days returns guarantee, which means that you can return back the items to us with in 7 days of receipt of the items.

These subjects to following conditions:

1. The number of days to raise a return request is calculated from the Delivery Date.

2. The returns are accepted for following reasons only.

            a)    The Product has significant physical damages during the receipt.  

            b)    The product is not working during the receipt.     

            c)     Partial Damage, where only a damaged part need to be returned. 

 3. The returns are accepted only if the product is unused and packed in the original manufacturer packing as received.

 4. Damages and issues happened after the usage due to improper usage or intentional damages caused by

     the buyer will not be accepted.

5.  Accessories which have been used are not accepted under return guarantee.

6. Returned items will be verified by Homestore service team and Manufacturer service centers to confirm the problem.

7. Buyers need to pay the return shipping charges and they need to ship the goods on their own.

8. Buyer can opt for replacement / refund only, if no choice provided, Homestore will provide alternate replacement.

9. Refunds are done by the way of account Credit only, i.e. the replacement amount will be credited in your Homestore                      account. User can buy any other item up to the value of credited amount.

10. Shipping charges if any are non refundable.

11. Processing time of 10-15 working days is applicable for all returns apart from the transit time to and from Homestore.

12. Returns or Claims rising after 7 days of receipt of material will not be covered under return policy. But the warranty policy of the manufacturer will be covered if applicable. 

13. This policy is covered for the purchases taking place with in India. 


You can cancel your  online order  before the product has been shipped.

In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

You can cancel the product in your order, till the product is shipped.

In order to cancel the product in your order:

  • Log into account.
  • Identify the item you want to cancel.
  • In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order.
  • Click on the 'Cancel' link.
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
